I'm Aileen and for the next month, I will be writing about my one-month weight loss challenge. I will attempt to lose at least 14 lbs of fat using the Slim Diet Patch (although the more weight I lose, the better!)
I got so fed up with being tired all of the time, getting out of breath when climbing the stairs, and simply fed up of being FAT!
So I decided to do something about it. When www.dietpilljudge.com were looking for someone to test the new Slim Diet Patch I jumped at the chance.
With my wedding a year away, and over 50 pounds to lose until I reach my goal weight, I feel that its time to take action and start losing weight TODAY.
In the coming month, I hope to lose a good portion of that weight to get me off to a good start on my wedding weight loss journey.
I will be using the Slim Diet Patch, a weight loss patch that is applied to the skin and releases its ingredients topically through to the bloodstream.
I thought this was ideal for me as when I have tried diet pills in the past I often forget to take them at the right times. I can put a Slim Weight patch on in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day.
I will update my blog frequently with my weight loss progress and my own review of the Slim Diet Patch.

People are always on the lookout for some special weight loss remedy, but the reality is that, losing weight has more to do with your lifestyle than anything else. Changing that should be enough to combat most people’s issues or concerns.
Thanks for the recommendations shared in your blog. Another thing I would like to say is that weight loss is not supposed to be about going on a fad diet and trying to reduce as much weight as you can in a couple of days. The most effective way to shed weight is by using it bit by bit and obeying some basic points which can provide help to make the most out of your attempt to drop some weight. You may realize and be following some of these tips, however reinforcing knowledge never damages.

How can i get some of these patches.
I found a great diet program a couple of months ago, that helped me lose a load of weight. I was really skeptical at first, as they were going on about wholegrain pasta, as being rubbish for losing weight but then my mate whose a bit a fitness freak explained how bodybuilders eat pasta to put on mass. Anyways I gave it a try, and it was really good. I managed to lose 2 stone.
Losing weight isn’t very hard if you know what you’re doing. All that is necessary is correct diet, the right exercise, and plenty of sleep! That’s about it!
Dieting is really hard! how come cant i lose the excess pounds? Any one got any ideas for simple excercise workouts?
Football season is here again and the one thing that I am reminded of is the way that my body used to look up until my life slowed down and I picked up this beer belly. Man I want to lose this fast.

I had to go to the hospital three weeks ago because my health got terrible. This was all due to bad fitness and diet.
